Volunteer for half day at Proyecto Asís where your jobs could include feeding or bathing animals, constructing or cleaning cages, planting trees, and more.
At the Animal Rescue Shelter you will take an easy 30-minute walk through secondary rainforest – help feed wild animals such as wild boars, kinkajous, monkeys & more along the way and learn how we rehabilitate injured, abandoned animals & release them back to their environment, as well as educational programs underway to help prevent hunting and poaching of the surrounding Children’s Rainforest.
